East Java is one of Indonesia provinces. It is located on the eastern part of Java Island and near to Madura and Bawean islands. It state in the West neighbor of Bali, across the small Strait of Bali. East Java tourism offer attractions, from historical site like temples to recreational spots like beaches, lakes, volcanoes, marine gardens and wildlife reserves. Magnificent mountain sceneries, include the craters and the famous of Mount Bromo, the "sulfur mountain" of Welirang and rugged line Plateau. Remaining the glory of Majapahit Empire, the ruins nowadays is still exist as an history witnesses with some archaeological discoveries. The administrative center of the province is located in Surabaya, which is the second largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta and as a major industrial center and business port. East Java is also considered as a national industrial province. The economic commodity is coming from agriculture; include of coffee, mangoes and apples, fishery and oil industries. The transportation to go to East Java area can be reach by public vehicle or train services. There are also air services between Surabaya and other cities like Bali or Jakarta or some other provinces. Madura Island, which is famous for its bull races, is part of East Java province, though it has its own traditions and language. The history dates back numbers of invasion in East Java like the founding of prehistoric animals and the site of the Java man at Trinil, Ngawi or some hidden ruin temples which settled on 7th century AD.
Day 01 : SURABAYA – BROMO TOSARI (D)
Arrive at Juanda Airport Surabaya. Meet and greet by our tour guide. City tour by visit Submarine Monument (Monkasel), Then visit Heroes Monument (Tugu Pahlawan) . After that before go to Mt. Bromo stop at Cheng Ho Mosque, it is the first mosque built in the city based on traditional looks no different than a Buddhist or Taoist Temple. Transfer to Mt. Bromo (+/- 3,5 hour drive by car/coach). Lunch and Dinner will be served at local restaurant. Check into Bromo Cottage Hotel at Tosari area.
Day 02 : BROMO TOSARI – BATU/MALANG (B,L,D)
Wake up early morning at 03.00 hours and statrt the tour using jeep to watching the glorious sunrise and the spectacular painting view scene of Mount Bromo, Depart to Mount Penanjakan, view platform point 1 located at 2750 meters above the sea level. From this vintage platform you will have the perfect view of watching the spectacular sunrise and also the serene view of Mt. Bromo at a distance. After that drive down to the sea of sand, continue by horseback riding across the sea of sand up to Mt Bromo. Walkup 250 steps to reach the rim of the crater of Mt Bromo located 2300 meter above sea level. Then Drive back to hotel for breakfast & shower. Check out from hotel then transfer to Batu Highland, a mountain resort region for overnight. Lunch and dinner will served at local restaurant.
Day 03 : MALANG/BATU – SIDOARJO - SURABAYA (B,L,D)
After breakfast at hotel, pick up by tour guide then visit The apple garden at Batu (visitors allowed to eat the fruits at this plantation). Transfer to Sidoarjo City. Shopping at Tanggulangin which known for their leather products with reasonable prices (such as belts, purses, bags, shoes). Continue to buy “Oleh-oleh” at Sidoarjo Shrimp Crackers which have so many traditional snacks of Indonesia. Then Transfer to Surabaya City. Visit Mosque & Tomb of Sunan Ampel , Overnight at Surabaya, Lunch and dinner will server at local restaurant.
Day 04 : SURABAYA – TRANSFER OUT (B)
After breakfast at hotel, before transfer to surabaya airport shopping at jembatan Merah Plaza / Tunjungan Plaza, after that trasnfer to surabaya airport, and the tour is finish, end of our service
